In an original letter to the Vice Chancellor of NAU, the initiator and Founder of the OCI Foundation, Dr Chris Ifediora, stated that “this award is aimed at inspiring improved overall academic performances in medical training . . . with a particular focus on Pathology.”
The OCI Foundation is grateful to the Faculties of Basic Clinical Sciences and Medicine of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, as well as the Provost of the institution’s College of Medicine, for facilitating this Induction Ceremony. We look forward to a healthy and long-lasting relationship on this Award and more.
Apart from the Pathology Award, the OCI Foundation also supports multiple undergraduate students at both the Awka and Nnewi campuses of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
