The Office of Mr/Miss Unity, the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), Nigeria, on Wednesday, April the 7th, 2021, honoured the OCI Foundation’s President and Founder, Dr Chris Ifediora, with the “UNITY AWARD OF EXCELLENCE”. This was in recognition of his “effective fight in reducing the rate of cervical and breast cancers”, and his “Selfless service towards humanity”.

The honour was part of the activities organised by the students for the “Unity for Health” Workshop, which featured a number of health and hygiene talks. The OCI Foundation, led by Dr Theophilus NWOKEOCHA, delivered talks on breast and cervical cancer preventive techniques.
The other members of the OCI Foundation at the event were Ms Felicia DAGU and Mr Luter Ikyobo.
