Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria (December 5, 2025): The OCI Foundation has paid a condolence visit to Mrs Victoria UNEGBU on the loss of her husband. Mrs Unegbu was a former Zonal Director of Education in the Otuocha Zone of the Post-Primary Schools Service Commission (PPSSC), Anambra State, Nigeria.
The PPSC is a major partner of the OCI Foundation on its flagship Arm Our Youths Health Campaign.
The OCI Foundation was represented by Mrs Imelda Emeka, the Domestic Liaison Officer.
