Mr CHARLES CHIBUOYIM OKOH, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) TO THE OCI FOUNDATION’S PRESIDENT
Mr Charles C. Okoh is the Executive Assistant (EA) to the President of OCI Foundation, Assoc. Prof. Chris Ifediora, and assumed this role in December 2021.
He holds a B.Sc. in Human Anatomy (First Class Honors; 2015) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. Charles was a participant in the 2015 International Student Festival in Trondheim (ISFiT), Norway, where he, alongside other participants from around the world, traded ideas on global corruption and the possible means of creating a fair working system, especially for the third world countries.
During his service year (with the NYSC), Charles served as the Project Committee Chairman for the Medical and Health Community Development Service, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Ebonyi State Chapter. At this time, he led successful health outreaches to three rural areas in Ebonyi state (Izza, Ikwo and Ohozara), as well as the Ebonyi State Correctional Facility and Remand Home.
Charles is keen to pursue a course that is targeted at making the world a better place for all. This is evident in his career trajectory and community development services. He is poised, competent and primarily motivated by the desire for resounding success in human development.
Before taking the position of EA at the OCI Foundation’s President, Charles has worked as a teacher at the secondary and tertiary institutional levels, including stints at the Statesman College, Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, all in Nigeria.
Charles intends to establish his foothold on the humanitarian front. In this current role, he is clearly availing himself of the opportunities that will allow him to make a worthwhile contribution to the progress of mankind.
