Discussions are now in advanced stages, as the OCI Foundation International takes a bold step towards strengthening it’s inter-continental coalitions and presence.
On December 26, 2022, the founders of the Faith Temple Ministries, Liverpool, United Kingdom (Revd. Revd. Marvin Oshiegbu and Sis Kim Akwara), hosted the OCI Foundation’s President (Dr Chris Ifediora) and Vice President (Mrs Nkem Ifediora). During the meetings, a framework towards the establishment of the “OCI Foundation, United Kingdom”, was laid out.
The OCI Foundation International already has legal presence in the African (Nigeria, 2016) and Australasian (Australia, 2018) continents. The European arm is expected to come into existence in 2023. The Foundation also has trustees and partners in North America (the USA and Canada), alongside the earlier-mentioned continents.
The Foundation was primarily established to Advance and Promote Health, Advance Education, and Advance Social and Public Welfare among underprivileged communities. In the past few years, it has received multiple international awards, including those from UN-affiliated bodies, as well as institutions in Africa, Europe and the Australasia.
