The draw for the OCI Foundation’s NYSC Raffle Draw (23rd Edition) for the 2025 Batch C Stream 1 Corps Members was completed on December 14, 2025. In line with the OCI Foundation’s values, the raffle draw is always a transparent process, recorded live and conducted using technology to select the winners. It holds six times a year, on average.
Below is the list of winners, along with a video of the live draw recording. The video is incomplete because a technical glitch occurred when it started on December 6, 2024. Unfortunately, the video of the actual raffle, completed on December 14th, was not captured.

Each winner of the draw gets a cash giveaway worth N5,000 each. A total of 50 winners that emerged from this draw will scale through the 2-level verification process involved. The Arm Our Youths (ArOY) Anti-Cancer Health Campaign is part of the OCI Foundation’s efforts at regularly empowering hundreds of thousands of Nigerian youths with anti-breast and anti-cervical cancer preventive messages.
The Campaign, along with the Raffle Draws, holds six times (editions) a year across Nigeria’s 37 National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Camps. There is one Campaign and one Raffle Draw for each Stream. In line with the OCI Foundation’s values, the raffle draw is always a transparent process that is recorded live, and depends on technology for selecting the winners.
