15th in 15 Months: An “Award of Honour” from the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) to the OCI Foundation’s President, Dr Chris Ifediora (Abuja, Nigeria; 06/10/2021)

On Wednesday, the 6th day of October, 2021, the OCI Foundation and her President (Assoc Prof Chris Ifediora) received an “Award of Honour” from the National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS). NANS is the official body of all Nigerian students.

This honour marks the Foundation’s 15th award in 15 months (since August 2020). All the other awards are available HERE. It was organised by the NANS Joint Campus Committee (J.C.C.) Provost, FCT/University Of Abuja, at their Second Security Summit at the Cyprian Ekwensi Centre For Art and Culture, Garki 2,  Abuja, Nigeria.

Through a recorded video, the Australian-based Assoc. Prof. Chris Ifediora delivered a talk on “Insecurity in the Nigerian Educational System Today”.

The OCI Foundation was represented by a 3-man team that includes its Networking Manager, Alhaji Abdullahi Rufai, the Social and Entertainment Liaison Officer, Mr Luter Ikyobo, and the Admin Officer, Ms Felicia DaguThe Foundation is very grateful for this award.
