On Thursday, July the 29th, 2021, the OCI Foundation and her President (Assoc Prof Chris Ifediora) received their 14th award (in less than 12 months), as they were among the Nigerian dignitaries honoured at the 17th Edition of the “Prestigious Honorary Pathfinder Gold Award”. The event was organised by the Edo Legacy Foundation and the Bravins Magazine.
In their notification letter, the event organisers noted that the “Humanitarian Service Award” was in appreciation of the OCI Foundation President’s “work in building your community and humanity”. They went on to state that the “Prestigious Honorary Pathfinder Gold Award is an annual event meant to reward, honour and celebrate Africans and Nigerians who have excelled in their various areas of endeavor”. They noted that the OCI Foundation’s “track record over the years is quite commendable”.
This is the Foundation’s 14th award in 11 months (since August 2020). All the other awards are available HERE.
The OCI Foundation was represented by a 3-man team that includes its Media Consultant Dr (Mrs) Njide EZONYEJIAKU, the IT Officer Mr Peter OKOLIE, and a member of its Advocacy Team in Anambra State, Chidimma UMEOKAFOR.
The award presentation ceremony took place at the Hilton Leisure Resort and Hotel, Awka, Nigeria. The OCI Foundation is very grateful for this award.
