Rev Dr Austin Epunam, the OCI Foundation’s National Champion, has led the prayers at the Annual General Conference and Inauguration of New Executives of the National Traders and Market Leaders Council of Nigeria (NATMALC).
The event, which took place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the Sada Cruz Hotel, Jikwoyi, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria, had, as its guest speaker, Barr Kenneth Okonkwo (a.k.a. “Andy” of Nigeria’s Nollywood Movie Industry). “Andy” is also the Legal Adviser of the Abuja Branch of NATMALC.
Formed in 2006, NATMALC is an NGO that aims, among other things, to bridge the gap between manufacturers and traders in Nigeria. His Royal Majesty, Amb Dr Igwe Ochendo (the Ogidi-Igbo Gburugburu, Ibobo Ndi Igbo na Abuja), is the National Royal Father of NATMALC. It was Igwe Ochendo who conferred the title of “Chizitelu 1 of Nigeria and Africa” on the OCI Foundation’s President, Dr Chris Ifediora, with NATMALC in attendance at that colorful event of January 29, 2022 (see full the video of the conferment in the main story).
The OCI Foundation is, as always, very grateful to Rev Dr Epunam, who is also the Founder of the Sweet Home Africa Humanitarian Foundation (SHAHF), the authors of the prestigious “Sweet Home Magazine”.
