Barr. Ononye is a legal practitioner based in Onitsha, Nigeria.
In addition to being a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, he holds memberships of the International Bar Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria.
He has held various national, state and local offices for both the Nigerian Bar Association and the Human Rights Institute of Nigeria.
He is the Legal Adviser and Secretary, Board of Trustees (BoT) of the OCI Foundation.
