Here are all the pictures and videos from the 2024 (8th Edition) of the OCI Foundation’s IFOMSSA Challenge, which was held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Community High School, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Nigeria.
This exam is for the selection of winners for the 2024 Senior “Ifedioramma Okafor Memorial Secondary School Academic Awards” (Senior IFOMMSA Awards). The Scholarship, which is one of the 6 different awards on offer by the OCI Foundation, was named after the later Mr Ifedioramma Isaac Okafor (1939 to 2016), an Education Champion and father of the OCI Foundation’s Founder and President, Dr Chris Ifediora.
The IFOMSSA Challenge is a one-day examination organised by the OCI Foundation in conjunction with the Otuocha Zone of the Anambra State Post Primary Schools Service Commission, PPSSC (who is in charge of the educational activities in Anambra East Local Government Area of Nigeria).
Participants were drawn from (1) Anambra East (2) Anambra West and (3) Ayamelum local government Areas, which all make up the Otuocha Educational Zone of Anambra State.
Winners will receive awards covering the registration fees for their 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and the National Examination Commission (NECO) Examinations.
For the fifth year running, winners of the IFOMMSA Senior Award will also have their Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) Examination registration fees automatically covered, once they indicate interest in proceeding with this exam.
