Dr. Ikeabbah holds a Medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Medical School, Nnewi, Nigeria, and is an Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Enugu, Nigeria.
He is currently the Treasurer of the Nigerian Medical Association, Enugu State, Nigeria.
He had, at various times, served as the Secretary, Vice President, and President of the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD), National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, Nigeria. In his days as an undergraduate medical student, Dr. Ikeabbah also served as the Director of Academics of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Medical Students Association (NAUMSA).
He is the OCI Foundation’s Communications and Community Engagement Officer, and is a Member of the Board of Trustees (BoT).
