Mr. John Onyibor MACHIE joined the OCI Foundation in 2021. His passion, honesty, and commitment to the Foundation’s projects earned him the position of a Special Assistant on Scholarships and Special Duties (SASSD) to the Foundation’s President, effective May, 22, 2023.
His immediate task was to assist in the 2023 Cyfed Scholarship applications, which he delivered with admirable finesse.
Mr Machie, from Nsugbe, Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State, is also the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) at the Department of Environmental Health Science (EHS), Faculty of Health Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nnewi Campus, Nigeria.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu (Nigeria), from where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Administration. In 2014/2015, he served Nigeria in the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nasarawa State.
Onyibor enjoys writing, reading, political conversations, cooking and table tennis.
