MRS DORCAS DOOYUM JEN is the Secretary, OCI Foundation’s ArOY Health Campaign for Benue State, Nigeria. She has years of experience in charity actives, and currently serve as a Program Officer with Community Links and Human Empowerment Initiative (CLHEI), a Nigerian-based NGO “established to ameliorate life of communities, especially the youths, women, aged and vulnerable children”.
Dorcas had her primary education at the NKST Primary School Yadev, Gboko, Benue state, while her secondary school education was at the Government Secondary School, Imon, Nasarawa State, both of which are in Nigeria. She subsequently attended the National Teacher’s Institute, Makurdi Study Centre, from where she obtained a qualification in Physical and Health Education in 2011.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health education from the University of Jos, Nigeria (2019), and has trainings from the CHARIS Healthcare and the Community Support Initiative, Jos and the Elements of Psychosocial Intervention in Drug Treatment and Care.
Mrs Jen is married with 4 children, and enjoys baking a lot.
