Designation: Media Consultant, OCI Foundation
Dr (Mrs.) Njideka P. EZEONYEJIAKU formally joined the OCI Foundation in January 2019, as the organization’s Media Consultant. Over the two years before this, she had been involved in the coverage, production, and the airing of the Foundation’s activities in Nigeria.
Dr Njide is an experienced media personnel, having been a Programme Presenter and Producer with the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) Radio and TV in Onitsha, Nigeria, since 1994.
She holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Science degrees from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. In 2020, she completed a Postgraduate Doctorate Degree in Mass Communication from the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, Nigeria.
This talented media guru has a special interest in documentary production and radio news commentaries, and has held various awards, including the Best Producer On Television 2011 with the ABS, the 2012 Diamond Awards winner for Media Excellence on Television Documentary, and the winner of the Most Valuable Documentary of The Year 2013 by the Broadcasting Organisation Of Nigeria (BON).
In addition to holding various leadership positions, Dr Ezeonyejiaku has been involved in multiple publications, and enjoys writing, reading, meeting people and watching films.
