AMB. DR. REGINA INEM, CHAMPION, OCI FOUNDATION’s ArOY HEALTH CAMPAIGN, AKWA-IBOM, NIGERIA
Amb. (Dr.) Regina Inem (FCBMP, FIIM) became the Champion of the OCI Foundation’s Arm Our Youths (ArOY) Campaign in August of 2021. She is the Founder/Executive Director of Regamos Foundation, an organization focused on transforming the lives of widows, abused girls, youths and orphans. Her NGO achieves these through initiatives on Education, Empowerment, Advocacy and Community projects. She also heads a number of other organizations, including Regamos Consulting and Regamos Farms & Agro-Allied Services.
Amb Regina is a seasoned teacher and administrator, having previously worked in a number of schools, including ADRAO International School, DOWEN College Lagos, FAMAKS British Schools, Olashore International School, Atlantic Bay School and Glowing Ages Academy. In some of these schools, she was also served as the Head of School/Principal, Deputy Head of School, and Director of various programs.
She is an innovative, intelligent, talented and diverse leader with a passion to impact lives. She is an Educational Consultant, an Education Reformer, Humanitarian, Agro-preneur and Child Protection Advocate.
Regina has been honoured with 23 awards (both locally and internationally) for her contributions to the advancement of science and technology, community developments, and educational reforms in Nigeria. Recently, she was honoured with the “Golden Ambassador Award” and “Golden Peace Shield Award”, as well as the “International Humanitarian Medal” during the celebration of International Nelson Mandela Day (2021) by the President of the United Nations Social Council in Yemen. She is also the recipient of “Pinnacle Award 2021” in the “Top Ten African award 2021”.
Alongside the foregoing, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management and UniCaribbean Business School, and holds a Degree in Agriculture, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and an Executive Masters Degree in Project Management (U.K.). She also has a Masters’ Degree in Educational Psychology, an Executive Master’s Certificate in Strategic Leadership Management (U.S.A), a Doctorate Degree in Theology, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, Switzerland. She is also a beneficiary of the SheTrades in the Commonwealth Project, and is an Alumni of the International Trade Academy, Geneva.
