Dr. Adamu UMAR (President of the Nigerian Cancer Society, NCS) speaks on the partnership with the OCI Foundation and their anti-breast and anti-cervical cancer legislative bill for Nigerian senior secondary schools (23/06/23).
This legislative Bill, which is only awaiting Presidential Assent before becoming law in Nigeria, is a product of research from a team led by the OCI Foundation’s President, Dr. Chris Ifediora, an Associate Professor with the Griffith University School of Medicine and Dentistry, Gold Coast, Australia. Four other academics based in Australia and Nigeria were on the research team.
