16 May 2020 OCI Foundation launches “Anti COVID-19” Face Masks for Nigerians (May 15th, 2020).
On Friday, May 15th, 2020, Mrs Roseline Anijekwu of the Caverra World, who is the “OCI Foundation’s Champion” in Lagos, Nigeria, took delivery of customized Face Masks from Mrs Chiugo Ezeike, a professional fashion designer affiliated to the Foundation. This is part of the OCI Foundation’s contribution to the fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic.
These masks, along with hand sanitizers and hand wash soaps, will be delivered to Nigerians, starting with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, the Foundation’s official partner. Other partners, along with the general public, will also benefit.
These are only a few of the OCI Foundation’s activities in the fight against this deadly pandemic. The Foundation has also given financial aids to individuals and groups in Nigeria and Australia, and have produced informative anti COVID-19 videos to help pass on life-saving messages.
