Bonus Rewards for Anchors (NYSC and NCS) of the OCI Foundation’s ArOY Health Campaign (From the 2024 Round)

As was stated in our notice to all anchors on October 13, 2024, the OCI Foundation’s Board has approved Cash Bonuses for ArOY Campaign anchors. This is for the SIX ROUNDS of the 2024 Orientation Exercises, which just finished today, February 11, 2025. The bonuses are designed to acknowledge consistency and commitment to the OCI Foundation’s ArOY Campaign program.

CRITERIA

1. CATEGORY A – The actual talks at the orientation camps:

1. Anchors in states that hold talks across the six orientation streams will get a total of *N30,000* for each State.

1. Those that deliver talks in five of the six orientation rounds will receive *N20,000* each.

2. CATEGORY B – Participation at the VLSS Social Media Contests:

1. Anchors in states that participated in the VLSS Contests across the six orientation streams will get a total of *N20,000* for each State.

1. State anchors that participated in five of the six rounds will receive N15,000 each. To win this, at least, the State must have obtained 40% or more VLSS scores in at least 4 of the rounds.

SPECIAL NOTES

• States can win in more than one Bonus Category. Each bonus category is independent of the other. So, one anchor can win either or both. It all depends on the consistency and commitment.

• Anchors who were posted away from original states (or moved into new states) during a particular year will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and rewarded according to their performance within the time they were in a particular location

• Where there are more than one anchor in a State (both NYSC and NCS), the anchors are expected to share the state’s bonus as decided by themselves.

• Every eligible State will be rewarded as stated, including all 37 states if the criteria are met.

• The 2025 Bonus Round starts counting from the 2025 A1 Orientation Exercise.
