Condolence (Pics): OCI Foundation Commiserates with Prof Naomi Samuel on Loss of Mother-in-Law (Anambra, Nigeria; 09/08/25)

The OCI Foundation has commiserated with Prof Naomi Samuel, the Deputy Chairman of the Anambra State Post Primary Schools Service Commission (PPSSC), on the loss of her mother-in-law.

Prof Naomi is also the Member in Charge of the Otuocha Zone of the PPSSC, a region where the OCI Foundation’s health and educational programs started.

The late mother-in-law of Prof Naomi was buried on Friday, August 9^th, 2025, and the OCI Foundation team members from the Zone represented the Foundation.
