Today, is the 60th birthday of Rev Dr Austin Ifeanyi EPUNAM (JP), the OCI Foundation’s National Champion.
Rev Epunam, also the Founder and President of the sweet Home Africa Humanitarian Foundation (SHAHF), is arguably one of the brightest, most reliable, most resourceful, and most impactful leaders within the OCI Foundation International. The entire OCI Foundation celebrates with him, as he attains this milestone age.
In marking this day, the Nigerian President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), sent a personalised goodwill message to Rev Epunam. Acting on behalf of the Nigerian Presidency, Mr Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, released this message in a special Facebook Post.
Chief Femi stated, “President Muhammadu Buhari rejoices with the family, friends, and relations of Rev (Dr) Austin Epunam, as the social worker, businessman, and publisher turns 60 on October 29, 2022”.
“The President appreciates the grace of God upon the life of the Ndiakwu Otolo Nnewi born cleric, in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, applauding him for his crusade in dissuading young people from irregular migration through his non-governmental organization, Sweet Home Africa”, He added.
Chief Femi went on to state that President Buhari lauds the commitment of (Rev) Epunam to the crusade against breast and cervical cancers, which he takes round the country, and beyond.
The entire OCI Foundation Worldwide is honoured to have Rev Epunam in her fold, and are pleased to be associated with all his humanitarian efforts. We wish Rev Epunam continued success in the coming years, along with a long, healthy, and fun-filled life.
