PICS/VIDEO: Nigerian Law Students, Nasarawa State Uni, Addressed by OCI Foundation on anti-cancer Measures (May 22, 2023)

On Monday, May 22, 2023, the OCI Foundation’s Advocacy Team in Abuja, Nigeria’s FCT, honoured an invitation to deliver anti-cancer talks to Students of the Law Students Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN), Nasarawa State University (NSUK) Chapter. This was at the Keffi Campus of the University.

This outing furthers the already robust relationship that the OCI Foundation Nigerians in the legal profession have enjoyed over the years. In November 2022, for instance, LAWSAN honoured the Foundation’s President with an “Award of Excellence“, in recognition of his “immense contributions to the growth and development of youths and students in Nigeria and beyond“.

In December 2020, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the elite body of all practising lawyers in Nigeria, also recognized the OCI Foundation’s President with a Humanitarian Service Award. One of the Nigerian law profession’s most vibrant members, Barr Onyechi Ononye, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, is the OCI Foundation’s Legal Adviser.

The OCI Foundation was led by Dr. Fatima Anga Inusa. She was accompanied by Ms. Felicia Dagu and Mr. Luter Ikyobo.
