Olusola Ogunwale, Qiagen’s Public Health and Global Export Manager, on Saturday, December the 31^st, 2022, hosted the OCI Foundation’s President (Dr Chris Ifediora) and Vice President (Mrs Nkem Ifediora) at the facility’s manufacturing plant in Hilden, Germany.

Qiagen is a German-based biotech company and a World Leading Provider of sample and assay technologies. Over most of the past 12 months, it had been in discussions with the OCI Foundation to identify sustainable ways that can help advance anti-breast and anti-cervical cancer care for Nigerians.

In March 2022, a team from Qiagen was hosted at the OCI Foundation’s office in Abuja, Nigeria. Details of that visit are available HERE.

The OCI Foundation is hopeful of making a breakthrough in these discussions.
