26 Feb 2020 Nigeria’s top Chinese Restaurant partners with the OCI Foundation in Abuja, as the Silk Road Restaurant, Abuja, hoists the ArOY Campaign Banner
We are proud to announce a formal partnership with the Silk Road Restaurant on the OCI Foundation’s Arm Our Youth’s (ArOY) Health Campaign. The Restaurant is arguably the biggest Chinese restaurant in Africa, and is located in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja. It was officially commissioned in December 2018 by the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mrs Aisha Buhari. Nigeria’s former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, had his 50th wedding anniversary celebration there, while the restaurant’s brand ambassadors include Nigeria’s soccer icon, Mr Daniel “the Bull” Amokachi, and the 2019 Miss United Nations (World), Queen Ibinyingi Gloriana HADASSAH.
On Tuesday, February the 25th, 2020, the restaurant formally hoisted the official banner of the ArOY Campaign at its elevator entrance. Mr Alex Addingi is the Vice Chairman of Sinoki Systems (Nigeria), the company that owns the restaurant, and has been instrumental in shaping it into one of the leading places in Abuja to catch decent meals, hold meetings, and host functions by Nigeria’s finest ladies and gentlemen. It is located at the Sinoki House, Plot 770, off Samuel Ademulegun Avenue, Opposite the Federal Ministry of Transport, Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria.

The next time one is in the City of Abuja, we invite everyone to join Nigeria’s biggest boys and girls in dining at the Silk Road Restaurant. Also join them, in supporting the Arm Our Youths Health Campaign, a Harvard-endorsed, WHO-supported, evidence-based health promotion initiative of the OCI Foundation designed to integrate anti-breast and anti-cervical cancer teachings into the regular academic curriculum of all senior schools in Nigeria. See pictures below. Both Foundations are official partners to the Arm Our Youths Health Campaign.
