The 2021 (5th Edition) of the IFOMSSA Challenge will hold from 10am on Wednesday, March the 3rd, 2021. Venue is the Community High School, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Nigeria. All the pictures from the IFOMSSA Challenge 2021 are available HERE.

This exam is for the selection of winners for the 2021 Senior “Ifedioramma Okafor Memorial Secondary School Academic Awards” (Senior IFOMMSA Awards). The Scholarship, which is one of the 5 different awards on offer by the OCI Foundation, was named after the later Mr Ifedioramma Isaac Okafor (1939 to 2016), an Education Champion and father of the OCI Foundation’s Founder and President, Dr Chris Ifediora.

The IFOMSSA Challenge is a one-day examination organised by the OCI Foundation in conjunction with the Otuocha Zone of the Anambra State Post Primary Schools Service Commission, PPSSC (who are in charge of the educational activities in Anambra East Local Government Area of Nigeria).

This year, a total of 46 students (list above) drawn from this Zone, which includes schools from Anambra East, Anambra West, and Ayamelum Local Government Areas, will be involved in this exam.   Between 10 and 15 of them will eventually win the award, which will cover the entire registration fees for their 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and the National Examination Commission (NECO) Examinations.

For the third year running, winners of the IFOMMSA Senior Award will also have their Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) Examination registration fees automatically covered, once they indicate interest in proceeding with this exam.
