Full Story, Videos, Pics: VC of UNZIK, Prof Esimone, hosts OCI Foundation again and honoured as an “Esteemed Partner that Rises, By Lifting Others”; (30/08/2023)

On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, Prof. Charles Esimone, the Vice Chancellor (VC) of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), hosted the OCI Foundation (again), as he gets inducted as an “Esteemed OCI Foundation Partner that Rises, By Lifting Others”. This is the first time that the OCI Foundation is offering this particular recognition to any individual.

In attendance was another esteemed associate of the OCI Foundation, Prof Joe Ikechebelu, who is the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), UNIZIK.

This visit allowed the UNIZIK Cyfed Scholars (beneficiaries of the OCI Foundation’s Cyfed Undergraduate Scholarships) to thank the two academic giants for the University’s partnership and support for the OCI Foundation’s programs on Education and Health.

The OCI Foundation was led by Prof. William Obiozor (also of UNIZIK). Others in attendance were Dr (Mrs) Njide Ezeonyejiaku (the Media Consultant), Mrs Jide Udeaja (an Advocacy team Member), and Mr Onyibor Machie (Special Assistant on Scholarships and Special Duties to the President).
