OCI Foundation participates in the 2020 NUJ Week, Abuja, Nigeria (15/12/20)

On Tuesday, December the 15^th, 2020, the OCI Foundation was a special guest at the “Awards and Lecture” ceremony organized by the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), FRCN Chapel, Abuja, Nigeria. The event was the last in the series marking the 2020 NUJ Week organized by the Chapel, which was held from December 12th to the 15th.

The participation , marks a growing bond in the relationship between the OCI Foundation and the FRCN (Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria) Chapel of the NUJ. Earlier in 2020, the OCI Foundation donated facemasks and other anti-COVID19 materials to the Chapel, and also delivered a health talk to the chapel members on breast and cancer preventive strategies.

The OCI Foundation was represented by its Administrative Officer-III, Ms Felicia Dagu, along with a member of its Advocacy team, Mr Ifeanyi Anueyiagu.

The Chairperson of the NUJ FRCN Chapel, Mrs Sandra Udeike, is also the OCI Foundation’s Media Liaison Officer.
