PICS/Video: “Philanthropy In Education Award” for the OCI Foundation’s President is honoured by the “Africa Inter-University Consortium” – 8/11/24

 On Friday, the 8^th day of November 2024, the OCI Foundation’s President, Assoc. Prof. Chris O. Ifediora has been honoured with the “Outstanding Contribution to Health and Philanthropy in Education” Award by the Inter-University Consortium – Africa (IC – Africa). They added that the award was in recognition of Dr Ifediora’s “commitment and contribution towards Health Services and Educational Development”.

The event, hosted at the Igbariam Campus of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in Anambra State, Nigeria, was held to mark the Ninth International Interdisciplinary Conference of the organisation themed “Global Development and Contemporary Challenges of Insecurity”.

At the event, Chris Ifediora was represented by Lady Ogechi Efobi, who was accompanied by Mrs Chika Ogbumba. Both are of the Anambra Advocacy team of the OCI Foundation.
