On Saturday, October the 23rd, 2021, the OCI Foundation’s President (Dr Chris Ifediora) and the Founder of the Sweet Home Africa Humanitarian Foundation, SHAHF (Rev Dr Austine Ifeanyi Epunam), who is also the National Champion of the OCI Foundation, received royal blessings, prayers, and endorsements of their innovative Arm Our Youths (ArOY) Health Campaign.
The blessings came from His Royal Majesty, Amb. Dr. Igwe Ochendo Chukwudi Ogidi-Igbo, Ezeigbo Ado-Karu kingdom. His other cabinet members in attendance were Chief Amb. Igwe Akajieze of Mbaeri and Prince Dr Igwe Okoye (Ojeri Igbo Ozi Abuja).
For the records, the ArOY Health Campaign is a unique, technology-powered anti-breast and anti-cervical cancer initiative of the OCI Foundation, which is being delivered to Nigerian Senior Secondary Schools and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). The OCI Foundation is delivering it in partnership with the Nigerian Cancer Society (NCS), the Nigerian First Ladies Against Cancer (FLAC), the SHAHF, and the NYSC itself.
We are grateful to Rev Dr Austine Ifeanyi Epunam, for making this visit a reality. We also thank Mr Ikenna Onuzulike (the National Co-ordinator of SHAHF) and Miss Chidimma UMEOKAFOR, for attending the event. Both are members of the OCI Foundation International.
