02 Jul 2024 CDS Challenge 3rd Edition: All Contestants, Voting, Results, Winning Tips and Prizes (July 2024; Entries Received March 1 to June 30 2024)

NOTES
- Entries for this round (3rd Edition) Closed at midnight of 30/06/2024 (Nigerian Time).
- There will be no social media competition, as fewer than 5 entries were received.
- The two entrants above have been credited the sum of N20,000 each from the OCI Foundation.
- The next round (4th Edition ) starts on November 1, 2024.
- Entries or Expressions of Interest (EOI) for that 4th Edition are currently being received (01/7/24 to 31/10/2024). See the link below to submit your EOI.

- To enter this competition, submit your content online to the OCI Foundation HERE.
- In addition to submitting your content online, submit them to these phones: +234 813 534 9371 (Sadiq) or +234 909 937 5689 (Onyibor).
- Only submissions received by midnight of October 31, 2024, will participate in the next (4th) Edition. Others received after that will join the 5th Edition.
- All corps members who have ever volunteered for the OCI Foundation, including those who have completed their NYSC service year, are eligible to participate.
- This contest happens thrice yearly. EOIs (entries) can be received at any time of the year.
- After the social media contest (see link above for details), the top 3 for each edition will be rewarded, with each receiving N50K, N30K, and N20K, respectively.
- A minimum of 5 entries per Edition are needed before the social media contests can hold.
- If less than 5 valid entries are received in any edition, all the valid entries will receive N20,000 each.

The Contest, All Entry Videos, and Voting Instructions

Vote for your favorite from the contestants below. For the prizes and winner-selection criteria, scroll below the images. To VOTE, click on the Image/Contestant you want to vote for. On the TikTok Page that opens, Vote by doing all FOUR of the following:
(1) VIEWING
(2) LIKING (clicking the “heart button) the video of your choice
(3) SUBSCRIBING (clicking on the red, “plus” button), and then
(4) SHARING the video.
For your vote to count, all FOUR components must be done, including SUBSCRIBING to the TikTok Page.
Voting for this contest starts at 6 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2024, and ends at Midnight on Sunday, March 24, 2024 (Nigerian Time).
Note that the respective Voting Links attached to the contestant images below will become active from the stated date and time.
SCORING CRITERIA AND WINNING TIPS
THE 50% FROM THE OCI FOUNDATION IS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
- Authentic ArOY Training Certificate (Course 4 or Course 3) = 20%.
- Speaker wearing an OCI Foundation-branded t-shirt during the talk = 10%
- PICTURES = 10%:
- Should have the OCI Foundation’s name visible in half of the picture submissions (2.5%)
- The speaker(s) should be amidst the audience in most of the pictures as well (2.5%).
- The larger the audience, the higher the chance of a higher score in this category (5% total.<50=2%; 50-100=4%; >100=5%).
- VIDEO = 10%:
- The video should be taken with the speaker actively speaking amidst the audience (3%).
- More scores for those showing where the speaker is introducing the program, mentioning the OCI Foundation, the ArOY Campaign, and the partnership with the NYSC to deliver anti-breast and anti-cervical talks to Nigerians (4%).
- Those where the audience is reciting “We Rise By Lifting Others” get more points as well (3%)
The 50% from Social Media Score (TikTok View, Like, Share and Subscribe) will be determined as follows:
- VIEW = 10% as follows:
- “≤ 100”= 0.0%.
- “>100 ≤ 500” = 2.0%.
- “>500 ≤ 750” = 5.0%.
- “>750 ≤ 1,000” = 6.0%.
- “>1,000 ≤ 2,000” = 8.0%.
- “≥ 2,000” = 10.0%.
- LIKE = 10% as follow:
- “≤ 100”= 0.0%.
- “>100 ≤ 500” = 2.0%.
- “>500 ≤ 750” = 5.0%.
- “>750 ≤ 1,000” = 6.0%.
- “>1,000 ≤ 2,000” = 8.0%.
- “≥ 2,000” = 10.0%.
- SHARE = 15% as follows:
- “≤ 100”= 0.0%.
- “>100 ≤ 250” = 2.5%.
- “>250 ≤ 500” = 5.0%.
- “>500 ≤ 1000” = 7.5%.
- “>1000 ≤ 1,500” = 10.0%.
- “>1,500 ≤ 3,000” = 12.5%.
- “>3,000” = 15.0%.
- SUBSCRIBE = 15% as follows:
- “≤ 15” = 0.0%.
