13 Oct 2022 Pics/Video (Outing 2): OCI Foundation’s Lagos State champion takes the “ArOY Health Campaign” to the Command Secondary School, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (oct 11, 2022).
In continuation of its “Arm Our Youths (ArOY) Anti-cancer Health Campaign” for Lagos-based senior secondary schools, the Lagos State team of the OCI Foundation, led by Mrs Roseline Ify ANIJEKWU, visited the COMMAND SECONDARY SCHOOL, IKEJA, LAGOS, NIGERIA. This was on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, and is the OCI Foundation Second of such outings in recent times.
All the military-owned secondary schools in Lagos were in attendance to this event.
Mrs ANIJEKWU is the OCI Foundation’s Champion for Lagos State, and is also the CEO of the Caverra World, a Lagos-based NGO with a focus on teens. She she was accompanied by two other Advocacy team members of the Foundation in Lagos, Mr Chibuzor Umeokafor, and Miss Chiderah Ubeh (a former Caverra-World-OCI Foundation Miss Teen for 2020).
At the outing, during which Mrs Anijekwu was honoured with by the Seraphine Outreach for her “OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE GIRL CHILD”, the students’ focus was drawn to the ArOY Health Campaign, an OCI Foundation initiative that targets Nigerian young adults with the preventive measures of breast and cervical cancers.
